Operations Engineer, Director
Provide strategic direction in regards to the company’s operational structure and economic performance to improve operational efficiencies. Manage integration of technical activities in engineering projects. Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, dental material, and utilities. Develop methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and dental facility utilization. Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance and adherence to quality standards. Oversee studies to analyze and resolve operations problems related to management of clinical facilities, including analyses of time studies to improve waiting time, design procedures and processes for equipment and space efficiency, information systems, flow management, and scheduling. Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology, resource needs, and market demand. Direct, review and approve project design changes. Develop training programs and plans. Create specialized teams by standardizing work. Set up a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008 requirements. Confer with management to discuss project specifications and procedures.
