Your First Visit
When you first visit Familia, one of our dentists will go over your Medical History. Your health and safety is very important to us so we want to know of any preexisting conditions before we proceed.
After going over your medical history, our clinical staff will take only the necessary X-rays, allowing them to see an overview of your mouth. This will help to identify any potential areas of concern to create your strategy of care.
After this is complete, the information gathered will help our dentists in choosing the safest and most effective treatment for you.
Once your records have been assessed, your follow-up treatment and costs will be discussed with you in detail. A regular check up lasts between 20 and 30 minutes.
Upon completion of your oral examination a proposed treatment plan will be presented to you with different treatment options (if needed). All prices will be discussed and disclosed prior to any treatment.
Treatment costs are dependent on the patient's case. Fees and payment options will be discussed before treatment begins. It is important to us that your dental care is affordable, and that you take advantage of your health insurance benefits. Fret not if you do not have enough for the care you need today. Familia offers financial plans which can be made to fit your particular needs. We also offer an interest free payment plan (upon credit approval).
