Below, you’ll find our guidelines regarding refunds for our hygiene cash specials, for both new patients and existing patients.

Policy:
Patients who utilize Familia Dental’s Cash Specials for New and Existing Patients can submit their insurance details to Familia Dental within 45 days from the service date for a refund after insurance processing.
Insurance information submitted to Familia Dental after 45 days will be billed. However, a refund will not be processed if the claim is denied for timely filing.
Medicaid-eligible recipients will be refunded if eligibility is verified for specified dates of service, regardless of when the insurance is provided.
